Ordering

If you'd like to order, please email me by clicking here: NRFBQueen@mac.com.  All I need to know is what you would like to order and your shipping address.  I'll then check stock and get back to you regarding availability and a total.  Response time varies - sometimes I can get back to you right away, usually it's within 24 hours, and if things are really busy it may take longer.  Please know that I fill orders according to the order in which they are received.

I am happy to ship worldwide!  If you prefer to talk by voice rather than email, my telephone number is 626-695-9041. I am often away from the phone, however, and I won't always be able to return your call in a timely fashion.

Since inventory may change moment by moment, please email to confirm that the items are still available.   I'll then set things aside for you and calculate your shipping costs.   If you need expedited shipping, please let me know in advance.  Otherwise, I'll calculate shipping based on Priority Mail or UPS Ground, whichever works best for the items ordered (small things tend to go by USPS, larger things by UPS Ground).

Payment may be made by cash, check, money order, or PayPal (where you can use your credit card).  My paypal ID for sending payment is NRFBQueen@mac.com.  I am also happy to send you a PayPal invoice.

Your order will be held for seven days awaiting payment, unless we've agreed to something longer. Layaways are possible--just ask and we can try to work something out.

It is possible to arrange for local pickup if you are in the Phoenix area.  Please just email or call and we can make an appointment.
